The Well Mother and Child Clinic is a well baby clinic where parents and their babies needs are met in a safe and nurturing environment. We are a proud member of the Sprout Paediatric Practice and we work closely with GP’s, paediatricians, psychologists, psychiatrists, OT’s, physiotherapists and other specialists to ensure that our families receive multidisciplinary care.

Tasha Perreard is the owner of the Well Mother and Child Clinic and has been the owner of this well-established clinic since November 2020. Tasha is a Registered Nurse (trained in the UK), an Internationally and South African certified lactation consultant and also the mum of 11 year old twin girls and a 9 year old son. Tasha is passionate about helping parents-to-be prepare for their parenting journey ahead as well as empowering them and supporting them in the early days of parenthood.

Tasha works alongside Angela Buck, a physiotherapist with a special interest in breastfeeding/ tongue ties and a qualified craniosacral fascial therapist. Angela has been at the clinic for over 15 years and is the proud mom of 2 young adults. Angela works from the clinic on Wednesdays and from her home in Pinelands for the rest of the week.

Philippa Lund, our administrator, runs a successful wedding planning business on the side and is a mom of 6 year old twins.

Our second Clinic Sister is Melissa Bester. Melissa is a Registered Nurse and Midwife (BNurs Hons), an Internationally Certified Lactation Consultant and a mom to a 4 year old boy and a new little baby girl (born in May 2025).  Melissa is passionate about helping new and soon-to-be parents through the adventures of parenthood and endeavours to be a source of support in those early weeks.

Loudene Louw is our third clinic sister and joined the team in May 2025. She is a Registered Nurse and Midwife. Before joining the team at Well Mother and Child Clinic, she gained extensive experience in the ICU at Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital. She has a strong interest in maternal health education, breastfeeding support, and parental well-being. She finds great reward in offering personalized care to families in a welcoming and supportive environment.
